Return Policy 

 

1. All sales are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. We do not accept return or exchanges, due to sanitary reason. 

2. If a product is damaged (manufacturing damage) we will take responsibility and replace it once evidence of the damage back to us (we are not responsible for the shipping charge). We cannot replace or exchange used items. 

3. We do not REFUND MONEY under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. (Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE)

4. If the sipping address provide is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again. 

5. If a item is under ( Pre-Order ) that means you want be able to received them until the date, of the launch. 

SALE 

All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, store credits, or refunds. Please make sure the correct coupon code or address are provided before checkout. 

We are not responsible for damaged products as result of USPS mishandling. 

Please allow 6-15 extra business days for orders to process and ship. 

 

We are not responsible fo stolen, lost or damaged products unless it is a manufacturing damage. Which can be claimed for up to 24 hours after receiving the package. If you contact us after more than 24 hours have passed. We have the right to reject the claim. 

We do not ship on weekends. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package.
